The Grisport Platform Safety Boot is a lightweight, waterproof and fully reliable boot for those who crave ultimate shoe comfort and practicality whilst at work. This safety boot is another of our highly acclaimed models and has been awarded with the ESD Class 1 Certification, meaning that this product conforms to EN ISO 6130-4-3:2001 European Standard. The boot is also S3 safety level, guaranteeing your foot protection with this shoe. The 'Total-Grip' rubber outsole of the boot gives protection against slipping and is oil resistant. Further, the lightweight composite toe-cap and flexible puncture resistant midsole make this boot one of the very best safety trainers on the market.
The design of the sole of this boot also makes it resistant to temperature of up to 300oc and the shoe as a whole is insulated against heat to 150oC. As these safety shoes dissipate electrostatic energy build up, they are the perfect product for anyone who works in a High-Technology job, in atmospheres with a risk of explosion and in the presence of electronically controlled machines such as in Operating Theatres, Intensive Care Rooms, the Electronics Industry, The Chemical Industry, Clean Rooms and so on.
Please do note that the platform of this shoe is not suitable for Electricians or Technicians in contact with Electrical Conductors.
Delivery & Returns
- Please note - Our policy on Local Deliveries has now changed, these are now classed as UK Mainland with the same terms as below.
- UK mainland deliveries outside of our area have a £6.50 per carton delivery charge or carriage paid on orders over £250
- Northern Ireland, UK Highlands & Islands £12 delivery charge per carton, or carriage paid on orders over £350.
- Mainland Europe €20 & Eire €15 per carton or carriage paid on orders over €550.
GRS WILL COLLECT ALL VALID RETURNS. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN GOODS TO GRS WITHOUT AUTHORISATION. WE DO NOT CREDIT ANY POSTAGE OR FREIGHT COSTS INCURRED BY CUSTOMERS RETURNING GOODS.

Currently we are experiencing long delays delivering to Southern Ireland, you may also be required to pay VAT to DPD prior to delivery. This can be reclaimed on your quarterly VAT return.
Size Guide
Please note that we produce our shoes in European sizes. Every Company will have their own ideas about how these covert to English sizes. For your information we work from the following scales:
Lunar Ladies:
UK 3 = Euro 36, UK 4 = Euro 37, UK 5 = Euro 38, UK 6 = Euro 39, UK 7 = Euro 40, UK 8 = Euro 41
Lunar shoes are usually available in UK sizes 3 to 8 but occasionally there may be a size 9 on slippers (Euro 42). We do not produce any shoes in half sizes.
Grisport
The Grisport range is supplied only in European sizes. The range we stock is

Ladies - 36,37,38,39,40,41,42

Goodyear
The Goodyear range is also supplied in European sizes. Where there are dual marked products, the scale used is as follows:
40/6, 41/7, 42/8, 43/9, 44/10, 45/11, 46/12, 47/13
