This online ordering system is strictly reserved for verified trade customers who hold an active wholesale account with George Rye & Sons Ltd.

Stock Figure Guidance

Stock availability figures shown on this website are updated periodically throughout the day and must be taken as a guide only.

GRS does not guarantee complete fulfillment of all ordered lines, as inventory may be concurrently allocated to forward reservations or high-volume trade orders.

Back-Orders Welcome

If a product line is currently showing zero stock availability, you may still place your order via the portal.

Out-of-stock items will automatically be placed on back-order and dispatched immediately as soon as factory stock is replenished.

Accounts Clearance & Credit Limits

Please note that before any web orders are processed from the online portal to the main Cramlington warehouse, orders must be cleared for release by the Accounts Department.

Important Hold Notice: If your account is currently overdue or has reached its agreed credit limit, orders will be placed on credit hold and goods will not be dispatched until cleared.
