Holiday & Peak Courier Notice
Due to bank holidays and reduced courier schedules, delivery times may be slower than our standard service. Deliveries may take 4–5 working days during peak periods. Please consider this when placing urgent stock orders.

Expected Transit Timescales
UK Mainland: Dispatched via DPD Next Business Day. While most consignments arrive the next working day, transit may occasionally take up to 2 working days.
Highlands, Islands & N. Ireland: Standard 2 working day transit.
Ireland & Europe (Zone 1): Standard 3 working day transit.
Note: All specified dispatch dates or transit times are estimates only. Risk in goods vests with the Customer upon delivery to a person authorized to sign at the specified address.
Trade Returns Procedure
GRS must be notified in writing of all unworn returns within 30 days of receipt and prior written consent obtained.
The Company will organize collection of authorized returns using its designated carrier and issue an official credit note. Worn customer complaints must be managed under the code of practice.
